August 17 – 18, 2007: Second Annual Gatlinburg Mountainfest. Across the street from the Hard Rock Café. Two days of bluegrass and genuine Appalachian mountain music, along with crafters and demonstrations. Model A and Model T cars will be on display. An 1800s children’s games area will be available by the Days Gone By Shop in Gatlinburg. Hours are Noon to 10:00 p.m. on Friday, August 17 and 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 18. Peanut Butter Balls
1 small jar peanut butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick margarine, softened
Roll into balls. Melt dipping chocolate and dip the balls into the melted chocolate. Let stand until dry.
